These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, employer purchasing programs, and related content (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using our Site, creating an account, participating in an employer-sponsored purchasing program, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.
Our Mission
Frontline Workwear USA is committed to providing premium work footwear and exceptional customer service to individual customers, businesses, and organizations across the United States.
We partner with many of the industry’s leading footwear manufacturers to provide trusted products designed to help hardworking professionals stay safe and comfortable on the job.
Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or place an order.
By using this Site, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this Site.
Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Maintain current account information.
- Keep your password secure.
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized account activity.
Frontline Workwear USA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.
Orders
Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance.
We reserve the right to:

- Limit quantities
- Correct pricing errors
- Verify payment information
- Decline suspected fraudulent transactions
If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Pricing
Prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice.
Although we strive for complete accuracy, pricing or product description errors may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors before or after an order has been submitted.
Product Information
We work diligently to provide accurate descriptions, sizing information, photographs, specifications, and availability.

- Manufacturers occasionally update products without notice.
- Colors may vary by monitor.
- Product photographs are representative only.
- Availability may change rapidly.
We cannot guarantee that every description is completely error-free.
Drop Shipment Fulfillment
Frontline Workwear USA partners with trusted manufacturers and fulfillment partners who ship products directly to customers.
Because products may originate from multiple warehouses:
- Items within one order may arrive separately.
- Delivery times may differ by manufacturer.
- Multiple tracking numbers may be issued.
- Temporary inventory shortages may occur.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Employer Voucher Programs
Frontline Workwear USA administers employer-sponsored footwear purchasing programs.
Participation in these programs is subject to the agreement between Frontline Workwear USA and the participating employer.
Employees acknowledge that:
- Eligibility is determined by the employer.
- Voucher values are established by the employer.
- Eligible products are determined by the employer.
- Voucher balances have no cash value.
- Vouchers may expire.
- Voucher funds generally cannot be transferred.
- Any balance exceeding the voucher amount is the employee’s responsibility.
- Certain products may be restricted based on employer safety requirements.
Frontline Workwear USA reserves the right to suspend participation in any employer program involving suspected fraud or misuse.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Certain products, employer-sponsored purchases, customized items, clearance merchandise, or manufacturer-restricted products may not qualify for return.
Manufacturer Warranties
Frontline Workwear USA is an authorized retailer of numerous manufacturers.
Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer unless otherwise stated.
We will gladly assist customers with warranty questions whenever possible, but manufacturer warranty terms govern all warranty claims.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including text, graphics, photographs, logos, software, page layouts, videos, product descriptions, and trademarks—is owned by Frontline Workwear USA, its licensors, or its suppliers.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
User Content
If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, testimonials, suggestions, or other materials (“Submissions”), you grant Frontline Workwear USA a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such Submissions in connection with our business.
You represent that your Submissions:
- Are truthful.
- Do not violate the rights of others.
- Do not contain unlawful material.
- Do not infringe intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to remove any Submission at our discretion.

By creating an account or providing your email address, you consent to receive electronic communications relating to your account, orders, customer service, and other transactional matters.
If you separately opt into marketing communications, you may unsubscribe at any time.

Customers who voluntarily enroll in text messaging programs may receive:

Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
