Shoe Sizing FAQ

Measure your feet in the evening, since they naturally swell a bit throughout the day and will give you a truer “worst case” size. Wear the socks you’d normally wear with the shoes, then tape a sheet of paper to a hard, flat floor. Stand on it with your knees slightly bent (or sit with your foot flat on the ground), and have someone trace the outline with a pen held straight up and down for accuracy. Mark the back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe, then measure the straight-line distance between the two marks in centimeters. Repeat for both feet and match the larger measurement to our size chart.

This is completely normal, since most people have one foot slightly larger than the other. Always size based on your larger foot to make sure both feet are comfortable.

Find your foot length in centimeters (or inches) in the left hand column, then match it across to the corresponding size in the men’s or women’s chart. If your measurement falls between two sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.

Men’s and women’s charts are built around different average foot proportions, including width, arch height, and volume, not just a size offset. Always check your foot length against the chart that matches the shoe’s listed gender category rather than converting from one to the other.

Yes, though it’s approximate. As a general rule, women’s sizes run about 1.5 sizes larger than the equivalent men’s size (for example, a men’s size 8 is roughly a women’s 9.5). We recommend measuring your foot length directly against the chart instead of converting, for the most accurate fit.

Yes. If your foot measurement falls between two whole sizes on the chart, choose the half size closest to your measurement, or size up if a half size isn’t available in your chosen shoe.

Yes, select styles are available in wide and extra-wide fits. Width sizing is based on the width of your foot at its widest point, typically across the ball of the foot, not just length. If a standard width feels tight, check whether that style offers a wide option.

In most cases, size up. A slightly looser fit is generally more comfortable than a tight one, especially for shoes you’ll wear for extended periods or activities.

Not necessarily. Fit can vary slightly between styles depending on the shoe’s construction, material, and intended use, such as running shoes versus casual sneakers. Use your measured foot length as a starting point, but check individual product pages for style specific fit notes when available.
